Great reviews
They have an average rating of 4.8 or higher, reflecting a history of positive experiences shared by renters.
Hosting experience
To qualify, a host must have completed at least 10 bookings on Giggster.
Commitment to bookings
Superhosts are reliable and committed to honoring confirmed bookings with no host-side cancellations.
Smooth booking process
Superhosts help make the booking process straightforward and well-managed, from the first inquiry to the completion of the booking.
Making sure the Superhost status reflects consistent performance
Our team regularly reviews host performance to recognize new Superhosts and to make sure that the existing ones continue to meet the standards required for the badge.
This review includes areas like communication, booking history, and guest feedback. If a host no longer meets the criteria, the Superhost badge may be removed. This helps us ensure the badge always reflects the current level of excellence and gives renters confidence that they’re booking with a reliable host.
