If you are hosting on Giggster, please be informed of the responsibility to abide by local and national tax requirements.
Giggster Payment and Payout system does not charge any taxes automatically, thus your listing has to have those charges included and displayed.
On Giggster, you can charge VAT in one of the two possible ways:
Increase your rates by bundling the tax percentage into each pricing tier.
If the tax in question can be charged as a standard fee, you can add it to Addtional fees. Just go to Listings menu > Edit listing> Additional fees>Add custom fee:
Some renters might also ask you to provide an invoice for the VAT charged (for their own accounting). You can do so via an attachment in Giggster chat.
