A site rep is an unbiased third-party representative who assists both the location and the renter and ensures everything goes smoothly according to your location rules – such as making sure there are no damages, making sure that the renters respect the off-limit areas of the house, etc.

Regarding the site rep, you have different options:

  • You can manage your property yourself during bookings, and you don't need a site rep in that case. Having a site rep is not mandatory and most of our hosts don’t have one.

  • You can provide your own site rep/property manager during bookings. In that case, you'll charge for a site rep fee depending on the rate of your site rep.

  • Los Angeles only

  • You can ask Giggster to provide a site rep. Giggster has a roster of professional Site Reps that we can assign to a future booking; they typically charge $400 for a standard 10-hour day, $450 for a 12-hour day and $500 for a 14-hour day.

If you would like to request a Giggster site rep, please email us at contact@giggster.com with the details of your upcoming booking, and we would be happy to assist you.
