When you book with a Superhost you can trust that you will be getting a top notch experience. We update the list of Superhosts regularly using the following benchmarks:
1. They respond quickly and often.
Their response rating is "excellent."
2. Their average review score is equal to or above a 4.5.
3. They have past bookings and ample experience.
We require a host to have a minimum of 10 Giggster bookings before we consider them for our Superhost program.
4. They have zero host side cancellations.
