Here are some FAQs that might help guide you around the "Renter Rewards" program, which allows you to redeem rewards based on the number of bookings you create on Giggster!

When does the Rewards Program start?

The program starts on January 1, 2025, and officially begins when a user completes their first eligible loyalty booking. It will then reset 12 months after that date.

I have just paid for a booking. Why do I not see it on my Rewards Dashboard?

Bookings will show up on your Dashboard only once they are completed.

What kind of rewards are there?

We have two basic options for you to choose from:

  1. Gift Cards: Choose from a list of gift cards from our various partners (Uber, Apple, Visa), all of which can be seen on your Rewards Dashboard.

  2. Giggster Credits: Redeem 1.5x the value of a gift card in credits that can be used towards future Giggster bookings.

Once eligible, you will be able to redeem your choice directly on the Rewards Page!

How will I know when I am eligible for a reward?

You can always check your Dashboard to see how close you are to redeeming a reward and whether any rewards are currently available for redemption.

Additionally, you'll see a red notification next to the Rewards tab on your home page if rewards are ready to be redeemed.

Are there any rules or restrictions on the types of bookings that are eligible?

The only rule is that the booking must be for $100 or more.

Where is my Rewards Dashboard?

First, make sure you are in Renter mode. Then, you should see the Rewards tab at the top of your home page menu. You can also access it anytime through this link: www.giggster.com/rewards.
