What do I do if a host is unresponsive?

Although Giggster’s hosts are usually rather quick to respond, you may run into a scenario where a host is unresponsive for some reason.

You can see every host’s response time on their listing page. This metric is an average amount of time a host takes to respond to chats and booking requests. From the time you submit your booking request, the host will have 48 hours to accept or reject it. It takes from several hours to a day for the majority of the hosts to respond, but if you’re having difficulty receiving a response, please email Giggster Support at contact@giggster.com or call us at +1 (818) 900-5121.

After a booking is confirmed, if a host does not respond to your chats for some reason, reach out to Giggster Support and we’ll contact the host on your behalf.
