Plans may change or you may find a better space for your project and want to withdraw the booking request. It is very easy to cancel the pending booking request before it is approved/accepted by the host.

To withdraw an unaccepted booking request:

> Go to your bookings. You will see the section “Upcoming bookings”.

> Choose the pending booking request, click on “Details”.

> Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on “Cancel request”.

These 3 easy steps allow you to cancel a pending booking request. Please, mind that we charge your card on file only when the request is approved. If the request is pending and has not been approved by the host, no charges are made.
