What do I do if a host cancels my booking?

At Giggster we rarely see host-initiated cancellations, however, we understand that emergency circumstances may require a last minute change. If your host cancels your reservation, the transaction amount will be refunded in full and the team at Giggster will do our best to re-accommodate you.

If a host cancels one of your bookings please email us at contact@giggster.com and we will do our best to find you a replacement location.
