Getting location agreements settled between renters and hosts can be a real hassle. That's why Giggster offers automatically generated location agreements that are based on booking details. When renters submit their initial booking request, we ask them to enter a project name and company for the booking.
This information automatically populates a standard location agreement form, which can be viewed by clicking the Location Agreement button on the right side of the screen.
Although the information pertaining to the Renter, Host, the Location/Vehicle, date, time, additional services and Location Rules are unique for every booking, the main clauses are standard and can be viewed here .
If you need to add additional clauses to the Location Agreement, you can do so via Custom Rate. If the clauses is the only thing you need to modify, and the rate/crew size as well as date/time remain the same, just scroll down to the bottom of the Custom Rate window and include the text of the Addendum for the renter to agree to.
