Even though you cannot modify the text of the Location Agreement itself, you can customize it by adding custom rules and clauses to the Addendum to the Location Agreement.

To do that, use the “Custom Rate” tool. Simply go to your “Messages” tab and click on your chat with the renter. Once inside the chat, click the green “Send a Custom Rate” button to the right from the chat, fill out the Notes section of the Custom Rate dialogue window and send it to your renter.

Your notes will be automatically added to the Addendum to the Location Agreement once the renter accepts your custom rate. We recommend discussing the custom notes and clauses with your renter before sending them a custom rate.
