We have a deadline of two weeks for the resolution of all claims. However, it's important to note that the overall resolution timeframe may vary based on the responsiveness of the renter/host and any potential issues/questions that may arise during the process.

Our Customer Success Specialists will work diligently to process your claim promptly. To ensure a smooth and timely resolution, please provide all necessary information or documentation promptly when requested by our team or when you submit a claim.
