To enable Instant Book for your listing, please follow these steps:
Make sure that you are logged into your Giggster Host account.
Once logged in, click on the “Listings” tab.
From there you can either click on the lightning icon, which you can find next to your listing, or click on “Edit listing” and on the page that will open up, the “Instant Book” tab will be under the “Get ready to shoot” section.
On the “Instant Book” settings page, you can turn the feature on or off, as well as set up specific parameters: You can allow Instant Book for select types of bookings (Production/Event/Meeting) as well as for a specific number of guests per booking.
After you make all of the necessary changes, please don't forget to click on “Save and Exit”.
Please note that to be able to switch on the Instant Book feature for your listing, you will need to meet a few requirements:
Make sure your Giggster calendar is synced with any other location availability calendars you’re using and always reflects actual availability. You can find a step-by-step manual on how to enable Calendar Sync here.
Be ready to accept any booking without prior questions about the project and its details.
Have your location ready to be booked and utilized at any time shown as available on your Giggster Calendar.
