If for some reason you need to delete your active account, contact Giggster at contact@giggster.com or via the Help Chat on our website and ask us to delete your account. Although it is sad for us to see you leave, we respect your decision and will help you delete your account.
Please note that a deleted account can’t be reinstated.
It is also important to remember that it is not necessary to delete an account if you wish to update your contact, payment or payout information. The data can be updated under “Account Settings” of your active account.
Deletion is also not necessary if you need to put your listing on pause. You can unpublish your listing, but keep your account active and ready for when you decide to resume hosting.
Finally, if you need help with the functionality of the website or want to improve your hosting and rental experience, make sure to share your feedback with us before deleting your account. We will do our best to help you make the most of your experience with Giggster.
