What is the Giggster Renter Loyalty Program?
The Giggster Renter Loyalty Program is your ticket to earning awesome rewards just for booking spaces on Giggster! Earn one progress step per qualifying booking and redeem them for fantastic rewards.
How do I join the Program?
To get started, make sure you're a verified user with a verified phone number and email address. Keep your account in good standing (no suspensions), and you're all set!
You'll be able to access the Rewards Tab from your main menu or head there now via this link: www.giggster.com/rewards.
What counts as a Qualifying Rewards Transaction?
It's simple: make eligible bookings on Giggster that are over $100 in value. Each booking must be on separate calendar dates or at different locations if booked on the same day.
Please note: Bookings will only count toward rewards once they are "wrapped" or completed. Extra hours for an existing booking don't count.
How exactly do I earn Rewards, and what are the Reward options?
Every time you make a qualifying booking, you earn one progress step. Collect enough steps, and you can redeem them for cool rewards like gift cards or Giggster credits!
There are 4 tiers for Reward eligibility:
Bronze - 3 bookings: $75 in Gift Cards or $115 in Giggster Credits
Silver - 5 bookings: $200 in Gift Cards or $300 in Giggster Credits
Gold - 10 bookings: $500 in Gift Cards or $750 in Giggster Credits
Platinum - 20 bookings: $1,000 in Gift Cards or $1,500 in Giggster Credits
Every time you reach a tier, you’ll be eligible to redeem a reward of your choice from your Rewards Tab.

How do I redeem my Rewards?
We’ll send your rewards via email to the address associated with your Giggster account. Be sure to claim your reward through the link in the email within two weeks. If you miss the deadline, we can’t resend the gift card email, so don’t wait!
What can I use my Rewards for?
You can choose from a variety of gift cards or Giggster credits. Just remember, Giggster credits must be used entirely toward a single booking, and only one promo code can be applied per booking.
What if my chosen gift card is out of stock?
No worries! If your chosen gift card is unavailable, we’ll contact you to pick a different one. Easy peasy!
Can my Rewards and Points expire?
Yes, rewards must be claimed within two weeks of receiving the email. If you don’t claim them in time, they’ll expire, so act quickly!
Additionally, points will refresh annually. You must reach each reward tier by the end of your annual period, which starts the day you wrap your first eligible booking (after January 1, 2025).
