To give you even more control over your booking schedule, we’ve created the Instant Book feature.
With Instant Book enabled, renters will be able to place bookings at your location instantly, as long as the times and dates are available on your Giggster Calendar.
Why is this helpful?
-Instant Book saves you time and work, not needing to log in and Accept incoming requests.
-Your listing will be “Boosted” on search results with the feature turned on.
-Renters are more likely to book a location with Instant Book enabled.
-You will get a special “lightning bolt” logo next to your listing via Search Results, allowing your listing to stand out.
Please note, Instant Book is available only to Hosts who meet the following criteria:
Have hosted at least 1 booking
Have their Giggster Calendar Synced
How do I activate Instant Book?
To enable Instant Book:
1. Navigate to your listing’s settings:
2. Click on the Instant Book "⚡️" icon:
3. On the Instant Book settings page, you can turn the feature On or Off, as well as set up specific parameters: You can allow Instant Book for only certain types of bookings (Production, Event, Meeting) as well as a for a specific number of guests per booking.

Instant Book Rules:
Once enabled, guests can book instantly. You can cancel penalty-free if you’re uncomfortable with a reservation. Here are some reasons that an Instant Book cancellation might be permitted:
The guest has communicated something that indicates they are going to break your Location Rules.
The guest is booking for an activity that your listing does not permit.
The guest does not respond to messages in a timely manner within the booking chat.
The guest has several unfavorable reviews that warrant concern.
Cancellations beyond the reasons provided above may be subject to a penalty, could negatively affect your rating and/or may even lead to a complete termination of the Instant Book feature. You will always have at least 24 hours notice from when an Instant Booking is confirmed and when an Instant Booking begins.
The Instant Book feature is completely optional and you are free to turn it off or on as you like.
