When you submit a booking request, the booking total amount will be charged to your credit card. The card you have on file will not be charged in full until the host accepts the booking request or until you accept a custom rate sent by the host.
The reservation is confirmed as soon as the host accepts your booking, and the Cancellation and Refund policy takes effect.
We strongly advise you to submit a booking request only when you are certain that cancellation is unlikely.
Before booking, use the "Message Host" button under the host's profile photo to check availability and ask any questions you may have.
We advise contacting 3-5 spaces as a recommended practice to improve your chances of finding the ideal fit.
