Giggster is based on professionalism, easy communication, and trust. Hosts and renters rely on these benefits each time they use the service. In the rare incident of disputes between parties, professional communication and trust goes a long way toward reaching a fast and mutually agreeable solution.


Renters are solely responsible for leaving the space in the condition they found it. By booking through Giggster, renters agree to cover in-full any damages that they or their crew cause during the shoot. Any incidents during a shoot will be resolved through the Giggster dispute resolution process.
