How do I edit a booking?
At times, you may want to modify your booking, and we're here to assure you that it's very easy!
If your booking request is still pending acceptance, making changes is a breeze. Follow these steps:
Simply cancel your existing request.
After canceling, submit a new request with the updated date, time frame, or number of people.
Modifying a Confirmed Booking:
If your booking request has been accepted and the booking is paid, but you need to edit the confirmed booking, follow these steps:
Discuss the modifications with the host.
Once you have agreed to the new terms, ask the host to update the booking on their end.
Look out for a notification - Once the host has sent you new booking details, you will be notified in-app and via email and will just need to review them and, if everything looks good, approve the changes.
Once you approve the modification, you will be charged/refunded based on the new booking details.
