In most cases, all non-personal filming or photo shoots require a permit. Special effects, stunts, street closures, etc. may require additional permits. The host should be knowledgeable if a permit is required for productions in their area/neighbourhood and be able to provide relevant information to the renter before accepting a booking request.

As a Renter, you are responsible for acquiring all the necessary permits from all relevant bodies (including but not limited to filming permits, parking permits etc.)
